24d886c8e0 Pass CGRConfig to DataManager 
instead of just CacheCfg. Prevents the need of global config var in
engine/datamanager.go

db301f7901 Remove StorDB service param from service constructors 
Use ServiceIndexer instead.
Remove CDRs ListenAndServe method.
Pass the storDB connection directly to constructors instead of the
channel.
