962000656b Remove global err used by tests 
Removed many leftover error checks for NewDefaultCGRConfig,
which does not return an error anymore.

c91fbafe36 Restore compatibility with OpenSIPS 
For OpenSIPS 3.x, set "client_protocol" to 1.0 in the json configuration
under the "sessions" section. The current default protocol version is 2.0.

Addresses #4339
