Junaid Saeed Uppal 11ee815a44 Simplify PAP auth - hardcode password to test basic flow

Single processor with hardcoded password "test" to verify PAP works.
Removed Acct-Interim-Interval (not in dictionary).
Once PAP works, will add attributes lookup.
